Ideal for full-body training at any level, Pilates equipment exercises can target almost every muscle or muscle group and train in every plane of motion.  Exercises include forward flexion, lateral flexion, rotation and extension of the torso. Instructors program with exercises that strengthen the core, improve balance and specifically target shoulders, arms, quads, glutes, knees & ankles, abs, back and everywhere in between.

Reformer
The Reformer provides a challenging and intense workout. Springs and body weight are used as resistance while performing movements to target specific muscle groups. Exercises are controlled and flowing, working your muscles through a full range of motion. The reformer adds increased resistance while challenging stabilization and core strength.

Cadillac / Trapeze Table
An enormous variety of exercises can be performed on the Cadillac / Trapeze Table. From gentle, spring-assisted sit-ups to advanced acrobatics, the Trapeze Table offers exercises for all levels and abilities.

Stability / Wunda Chair
Because of the smaller base of support and adjustable spring tension, the Chair can provide greater strength and stability challenges than other pieces.

Ladder Barrel
Great for core strength and flexibility exercises. Combines ladder rungs with a barrel surface, for stretching, strengthening and flexibility exercises.

Arc Barrel

Features a gentle curve helps decompress and lengthen the spine. Used during Matwork to increase or decrease challenge and to assist clients with injuries.

Spine Corrector
Can be used to perform exercises lengthening and strengthening the torso, shoulders, back and legs while correcting or restoring the spine’s natural curvature. An ideal piece of equipment for aligning and mobilizing and spine, the Spine Corrector can also assist with improving posture.

Redcord
Redcord suspension exercises are effective and functional. Training with body weight in slings is at the core of the concept.  The exercises improve strength, muscular endurance, balance, coordination and core muscle stability.
